Transport damage
If your order is delivered with obvious transport damage, please contact both us and Swiss Post immediately. Send a description of the damage with photos to redefined@artandfact.ch. This helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.

Transfer of risk
Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
