We want you to be happy with your purchase. For regular products, we offer the option to return items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns are only accepted after prior contact. Please send an email with your order number and the reason for the return to hello@artandfact.ch.
Returns are made at your own cost and risk using a standard shipping method (e.g. postal service).

Exclusions from the Right of Return

The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Unique pieces or one-of-a-kind products
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened

A right of return exists only where required by law, in particular in the case of a material defect according to Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

Defect Claims

Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods to hello@artandfact.ch.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the return or upon presentation of proof of shipment.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of ArteFact GmbH until full payment has been received.
